TERMS OF SERVICE
- These terms of service may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- Please provide all relevant details in your commission request (character references, expression, pose, background, etc.).
- If certain details are not specified, artistic decisions will be made at the artist's discretion.
- Commissions will be completed in the order that payments are received.
- The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
PAYMENT
- Payments are accepted through PayPal. Clients from Peru may also pay via Yape or Plin.
- Full payment is required upfront after the commission has been accepted.
- Additional charges may apply for highly detailed characters, complex designs, extra characters, or detailed backgrounds.
- Base commission prices cover the character only unless otherwise stated.
- If no background is requested or purchased, the artwork will be delivered with a transparent background or a simple solid color background.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work on the commission has begun.
WIP / REVISIONS
- Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage.
- Major changes requested after approval of a stage may incur additional fees.
- Once the artwork is completed, only minor corrections may be requested.
TURNAROUND TIME
- Estimated completion time is between 1-4 weeks, depending on workload and commission complexity.
- Delays may occur due to personal circumstances, health issues, or unforeseen situations. Clients will be informed if significant delays arise.
- Clients may request updates on their commission progress at any time.
USAGE & COPYRIGHT
- The artist retains all copyright and ownership rights to the artwork.
- Payment is for the creation of a custom artwork and does not transfer copyright ownership.
- Clients may repost the artwork on personal social media accounts or websites, provided proper credit is given to the artist.
- The artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork in portfolios, galleries, social media, or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.
- Commissions are intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless commercial rights have been explicitly purchased.
- The artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training datasets, or machine learning purposes without the artist's written permission.
