- These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
- The order must be specified in the commission request. Be it background, expression, pose, etc.
If not, decisions will be made freely by the artist (mojguteki)
- Commissions will be made in the order they were paid

PAY

- Payment methods will be made through Paypal, if you are from Peru, through plin or yape
- Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.
- Difficult or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.
- Base commission prices are for the character, not the background.
- If a background has not been specified or paid for, the drawing will be delivered in Transparent PNG or with a solid color.
- No refunds.

USE

- Mojguteki retains the rights to each image produced. Payment is for the creation of a custom work, not for transferring rights.
- Drawings may be posted on other websites by the commissioner if credit is given.
- The final work may be published by Mojguteki on any of its social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission).
- Any commissions made by Mojguteki are for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise stated.
